HOL gets CAPTCHA'd

My god, I checked my moderation queue for blog comments and I had nearly 1000 spam comments waiting for me! Nothing that a good DELETE FROM in the database can't fix, but there might have been some real comments hidden in there! (I did find a few, and exluded them from the deletion. If I missed you I'm sorry and I don't hate you).

So now I've added a CAPTCHA code to the comment submission process. I'm sorry if that causes resentment, but you'll just have to tough it out.

Also, I'm very sorry about being so slow to reply to comments. For some reason I haven't been getting emails to let me know about new comments. Hopefully I've fixed that now.
